Our buyers had a ton of questions at closing, so we told them we'd leave an info sheet for them when we moved out with stuff like trash pick up days, mailbox number, etc. So far I've added where the water shut off locations are, and a reminder that they're responsible for maintenance of the yard (they thought that the HOA did all of the exterior maintenance, not the case). We've also got a list of the leftover paint we're leaving.
I'm trying to think of stuff that would have been nice to be told rather than figure out for ourselves (we bought it as a foreclosure, no sellers to bug with questions).
Hmmm, not sure if any of these are applicable, but: - Any quirks/tricks for appliances, certain faucets - Codes for garage door opener key pad - Models of any water filters that go into the plumbing system or appliances
We've also had a fun time with sounds the appliances make. A couple of weeks ago we ran around for about 15 minutes trying to figure out what was beeping in the kitchen. It turned out we left the fridge door open and it has an alarm. =)

If you have gas, where the gas shutoff would be good as well Do you have a water softener? Who installed it. Where you get the supplies to maintain it.
Is there a security system on the house?
Do you have plans for the house -- architectural plans or anything like that?
A sprinkler system? Where the heads are in the yard and how to work the sprinkler box
Any special timers making things turn on/off at particular times? If you live in a water restriction area, what days they are allowed to water their yard (or at least the website to go to get this information)
What kind of grass is planted in the yard (if you know)
