Daisy has been throwing up, having diarrhea it now has blood in it. The vet opens at 10:00. She is acting like herself but I am worried.
Update: went to the vet and he said it is a bacterial infection and probably picked it up on a walk. Gave her two shots and antibiotics. She is not dehydrated so she didn't have to stay. He said no food or water for 24 hours. She was jumping around the vet like a nut. Now she is walking around the house and won't lay down. I think she has some anxiety from the vet and the car.
For how long? If she is having GI issues blood is not too big of a deal. Her butt is probably irritated. If it has just been a few hours and she is otherwise normal I would feed a bland diet (shredded chicken w rice) and wait for it to pass. If its been a few days, the blood she is passing is very dark and/or she stops eating I would take her in. Eta: and I hope she feels better soon!

She had the diarrhea for a couple days. She gets diarrhea often so we didn't think anything of it and have been giving her a bland diet. What worries me she was up all night throwing up and then she had diarrhea in the house which never happens.
it is hard when our pets are sick. I hope it is just a bug or she are something bad.
Is she keeping anything in? Like water? Don't freak out too much if she isn't and the vet wants to keep her and put her on an iv for fluid to hydrate her.

She hasn't drank anything. My friends dog had this a couple months ago and tbturned out to be a bacterial virus.
It is probably nbd, but since it's been a few days and you are already doing bland diet I would probably take her in. our beagle eats everything- dead, alive or inanimate, so he will sometimes have issues. we have taken him in before for similar stuff and they were able to give us some meds that cleared it up quickly.

Thanks for telling me that! I feel better! She eats everything!!
