(For anyone not familiar with it, you just break out with little bumps that are pretty tender on the hands, feet, mouth, sometimes butt, not really too much to worry about) I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, I dealt with another case of it a couple months back.
Well, I indulged DH in some... oral action... last night.
Woke up & on our way to his work (I dropped him off) I notice I have some painful little bumps on my fingers.
He says, "Well, I am sure I will get it, then." (we weren't thinking along the same lines yet)
I gave him a grin & said, "YUP! and I know RIGHT where you will be getting it too!" ;D

You can die from rare complications, but... you can also die from complications that come with a cold...
Sorry if I still seem dumb, but, I am thinking that as long as you aren't dehydrated, malnourished, or running too high of a fever, it's not really a huge deal.

I didnt say it was fatal but it hurts like a bitch. Like I mentioned it was painful to put shoes on because i had blisters all over my feet and in between my toes so it hurt to walk. I also had blisters all on the inside of my mouth so it was uncomfortable to eat most things or swallow and even brush my teeth. I had blisters all over my hands too that was all sorts of fun.
