I tried it because I figured it couldn't hurt. They're both healthy anyway, so it's not like there was any risk involved, and the cost was minimal.

I also took B6 to help lengthen my luteal phase.

Pom juice, before ovulation, it thought to thicken your lining.

Pineapple core, after ovulation, it thought to help w/ implantation.

Mucinex and Robitussen are thought to thin your CM, making it easier for sperm to swim through.

The active ingredient in both robitussin and mucinex is Guaifenesin.... which thins out mucous. Most people take it for the mucous in their nose, but it thins out all of your mucous, including cervical mucous.
The sperm is supposed to swim easier through thinned out mucous.

Interesting! I thought you wanted good cm though....

You want it "good"... but not too thick. I guess. I don't know all the details...

I just read it in TCOYF.
