My favorite trainer at Columbia is doing a Gravity class in November on Thursdays at 6:30pm if you are interested. I think the cost is 20 dollars per class for non members.

Only 30 minutes. You can just call Columbia front desk to sign up. Ask for Kellie's November Gravity class at 6:30 on Thursdays. If you have any question let me know. It's really great core work. I talked her into doing a later class to help PT me from my back injury.
Oh cool, a 30 minute class should be easy to squeeze in. TBH, I'm a little concerned that my wrist still won't have totally healed, but from what I remember about these classes, they can kind of be tailored to help if you've had an injury, right? If you're using it as PT after your back injury, maybe this could actually help rather than hurt. I'll ask my PT about it too when I go in.

You do use your wrist quite a bit but Kellie can help you with movements and different options if there is something you can't do with your wrist. The class is limited to four people so it is very one on one.
