1. Lose a few more pounds and do better with healthy eating 2. Get to bed a little earlier 3. Add 1-day of cardio cross-training each week; do more yoga/pilates 4. Improve running endurance and continue my weight routine 5. Cut back on eating out so I need to meal plan better 6. Do a better job of sticking to budget (mainly food) 7. Fix my ITB injury!

1. Set up wills/ trust for DD ASAP. 2. Save $10,000+ for a downpayment for a new vehicle when my goes tits up or before next winter, whichever comes first. 3. Improve my work situation, either by working with my boss to modify my current position or pursuing opportunities elsewhere.

Stop speaking negatively of others- I've noticed that I impulsively make negative comments all the time. For instance, "She's is supposed to do xyz, but that will probably never happen". I really want to stop doing that.
