I just did 30 squats and 6 girl push ups. My arms are burning. I had DH make sure I was doing them correctly because he had to do all those types of things in basic. He's my trainer and he doesn't even know it!
I really liked 30 day shred... Until I got to that second level and Jillian says "you should be gargling your heart right now". I gagged and I can't get past it. I used to try to sing really loud over top of her saying it but I know what she says. It makes me so sick.
I just got home from yoga... I only started to black out once! That was a moderate class. A basic one that would not have happened. My goal is at least one yoga class a week. I hope two though.
