Parking chair is definitely a Pittsburgh thing. haha
I don't know that area well but I think it looks like a traditional Pittsburgh house. The rooms are a little small and it needs a little cosmetic TLC but could be a good find. I second the good home inspector recommendation.
We live in a very similar home, complete with street parking, the stove sitting all alone in the kitchen, and transom windows over the doors, and a yellow wall I highly dislike.
One big thing so would think about in a house that age is the windows. The old single pane windows are so inefficient. Also, updated electrical, plumbing, and insulation. I suppose those are all things that would come up in an inspection though.
I don't really find street parking to be a big issue, personally, and I live on a busy street. I'm also not sure why an electric stove with gas heat would be an issue. That's how our house is set up, as there isn't a gas line running to the stove.

I'm the one who brught it up. It's not a big issue. I've lived in places with gas and eletric. I personally really like cooking on gas and every place I lived that had gas for heat also had a gas stove. I just hadn't seen the combo. Not a big deal at all, just a random question.
Super cute! The only problem I have is that I have sooo many ideas on what could be done with it. I know you aren't looking for projects, but that house has such great potential.
