Not very...
$120 on groceries (two stores) $180 at REI (new daypack and accompanying water bladder for DH plus rounding out our "12 essential," and we bought an REI membership) $140 at Express (I've been avoiding buying new clothes because we're TTC, but I couldn't put off getting new jeans and a couple more shirts any more) $140 at Home Depot (sander bought with DH's birthday money from last year, plus paint supplies for the bathroom) ~$40 gas
This is all in the budget, but it's a lot to drop in one weekend!
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!

I was excited for this post today!
Friday- dinner/drinks at our favorite dive bar ($32) Saturday- sold some old jewelry to a consignment shop +$200, groceries ($60), lunch out with friends ($50) Sunday- stayed home to watch football, bought a new cookware set online for $80 after 1/2 price sale and Kohls gift card.
We drove 2 hours to go to Ikea. We spent $528. We got a ton of stuff (toy box, play fridge for DD1, 4 pairs of curtains, knife holder, decorative stuff, dishes for the kids, end tables, coffe table, etc., etc., etc.) but it was not so fun to pay the bill. At least we got our lunch for free because they deducted the cafeteria amount from our total. Basically, we spent $528 but saved $13. Um, yay?
