-I was up .4lbs. -I didn't set a goal last week, which I think was part of the problem. -Get more activity in and do better with my eating - I went from only eating 3x a day to snacking between meals again, so even though I'd been staying within my points (save Friday and Saturday night) I think that contributed to my gain. -I'm kind of discouraged by my lack of progress; I am SO close to 20lbs lost and it seems like a cruel trick that now I'm stalling. I'm trying not to think that way, though, so it doesn't set me back.
Edit: Re: Weekly points: I don't use mine week to week. If we have a special occasion happening or we go out to dinner unplanned, I'll dip into them if I have to. Otherwise, nope. I also have my app (Ultimate Value Diary - awesome for anyone looking for an app who doesn't use eTools) set to only count my activity points on the day I acquire them. I have 38 points currently so that is plenty for my entire day, for me, without needing extra.
