I've done them for the past 10 years, but now with our business stuff, and with a baby now, we are going to have our business accountant do them for us.

Dh was an accountant for a big 4 public firm and now he works as an analyst in the private sector BUT he will be the first one to say " I don't do taxes!". We do them ourselves with Turbo Tax but I do speak to a family member who is a CPA just to make sure we are doing everything the way it needs to be done.

I've always gone to an accountant. I love our new accountant and we've used her for the past two years. I still remember her mentioning something important for taxes this year. DON'T FORGET LO'S SS CARD. She said she has new parents all the time who forget it and have to drive home and grab the info.
I have to file as self-employed and then for my small business. I file/pay taxes quarterly, though. The return part gives me a massive headache because I have to do inventory and profit/loss statements and a slew of other forms. I fill out all the forms and bring all my spreadsheets to the accountant. We go over everything together to make sure it is all correct and everything is being reported in the correct place.
We always used turbo tax and still will this year I think. We may need to get a tax person next year as I'm doing a lot of freelance now and that can get a little complicated.
We have an accountant, we have multiple rental properties so it's all very confusing. He used to work for the IRS so he is pretty good, he always gets us a good refund.
The year we moved states, got married, and DH was self employed, we had them done. But I do them generally. I've done mine since I was 16. DH's dad used to do his before we were married. I wonder if he would have any clue at all what to do. I like dealing with the finances, even though they stress me out
H and I do them together. I have a small business and it can be a little tricky, but nothing beyond our level of understanding. I use turbotax for small businesses.
My dad used to do them for me, then I did them for a few years. I started using my ILs accountant when I became a landlord, the extra schedules intimidate me.
CPA. DH is in finance so we have a professional colleague do them (discounted rate - bonus) because my DH does their financial planning at a reduced rate too. Plus our taxes are complicated.
We lead relatively uncomplicated lives as far as taxes go, just income a couple investments and normal life changes like baby and buying /selling a home (+ some residual education credits / tax deductions). Everything is easily covered by Turbo Tax so I do it every year.
DH does them. The first year we had to file after purchasing our house we got them done by someone, now he does them. I'm just waiting for my W2 so we can file.

I can't wait to get ours filed. We are curious how much we will be getting back with a kiddo. We will have a total of 5 w2's this year and prefer a professional when dealing with taxes.
