DH- yes. No kids. But if we have any I will probably know theirs too. I have the SSns of many of my patients memorized because I see them so often. I also randomly know my parents'.

We lived on a base for several years (ddh was a DoD contractor; we weren't officially military) but everything was based off his ssn so I know his faster than I know my own. Ds1's ssn is all round numbers (all parts divisible by 10 or 1000) so his is easy. But poor ds2 ... he just needed his for an application and I had to go dig it up. I have no idea what it is. Second child syndrome. I have it sitting here at my desk so I can maybe try to memorize it.
I know h's, because that was what our college used for access to our end of semester grades. So we would log in like ten times a day when we were waiting for grades to be posted.
I know DH's so well that I get it mixed up with my own sometimes. Always have to know it for insurance info/paperwork at doctors' offices, etc. I'm sure he doesn't know mine.
I memorized DH's and could spout it off now, but for some reason I get a brain freeze whenever I need to put it on an insurance form. I haven't a clue about the kids.
DH has a ridiculous memory for numbers and knows all of ours. He hears a number string once and it is embedded in his brain. This trick is much less useful with smart phones. He also has several of our credit cards memorized. That is useful!
H knows all of them. I call him in a panic any time there is a form to fill out that asks for it. I cannot remember them for the life of me and H's is super easy.
PSA: just because a form asks for it doesn't mean you have to furnish SSNs. Legally you only need it for financial transactions, running credit, taxes and social security. You do not need it for anything medical, insurance or utilities--legally.
Next time someone asks, ask them why they want it and if they NEED it. I can almost guarantee they ask out of habit more than a true necessity and likely don't even know why they want it.
I had my identity stolen and now will not give it to anyone. My insurance does not have it, doctors, hospitals, utilities, Comcast .... If they say they need it, I ask why then state the privacy act of 1974.

This is true. In fact, leaving a piece of paper on your desk with a name and an ssn on it was grounds for firing where I worked last.
