Shake on parm from tj's to be exact. I just recently learned how to make it on the stove and that it takes the same amount of time as microwave, without all the crap in it. How sad is that?
Oh, and sometimes I make homemade herb butter (various purposes) so if I have that on hand I use it and not truffle oil.

I make homemade butter with my kitchen aid. To that, I add finely chopped parsley, shallot, and dill (I run them through the food processor to make sure the mixture is fine enough to not make the butter all weird and chunky). Plus a little salt and black pepper.
It's good on pretty much everything, so I make a big batch and then freeze it in small portions so I usually have some on hand.
