So, I know I don't have the perfect CrossFit body or anything, but I'm pretty damn proud of myself. Here's me doing KB swings this morning--I'm not sure if this was with the 26 or 35 pounder.
And the front view, excuse my ridiculous face:
CFing while pregnant has been an adventure, but I'm so glad I've kept it up. Had to slow to a fast walk this morning during the WOD, since running seems to make me crampy, but weightlifting feels really great. I've reduced my weights a bit for most lifts, cut out the sit-ups, and laid off the overhead squats, since I don't really have the core strength to keep everything safe and stable. But, I'm still mostly doing what everyone else does, just slower!
I love it. I am part of a research group looking assessing physical activity patterns in pregnant women and you are like out poster child. You look great and I am in awe of you!

You go girl! You look fantastic! That's really great you've kept up with CF while pregnant, that's really going to be an advantage come labor time. Way to go!!
Also, I have been meaning to ask you, are you still able to wear your Lulu clothes? Do they stretch with you?
Yep. They are pretty much the only pre-pregnancy thing that still fits comfortably. Some of my jackets don't zip anymore, but it's hot here so I don't care. Totally worth it! I will probably live in Cool Racerbacks this summer.

Awesome! I love the Cool Racerbacks! They are the best for CF as they stay put during pullups, handstands, etc. I bought a cheaper UA tank and wore it yesterday and it just didnt perform as well. I also like the Costco Racerbacks as well. Not as good, but still pretty darn cute for $12.99!
You look amazing! I gave up CF when I was pregnant b/c I was so sick and then I was terrified about being pregnant with twins. I wish I saw your pics back then b/c you would have inspired me!!
If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. - Bruce Lee
You look great!! I am impressed. I did not do CF but I did workout while I was pregnant also. I think it really helps with birth, healing and getting back into shape this of course is my opinion and experience.
