The paint bio has a pic of greige with golden oak from our 3rd house, and I have to say I don't care for it. If we hadn't moved away so unexpectedly quickly, I would have repainted.
I do in most of my house. We've only gotten through a couple rooms in our effort to paint it white. Honestly it wasn't something I really considered when picking out paint colors.
SW Stone Lion (below chair rail - the foyer's half done with the white trim):
H keeps saying it would be easy to replace it with white trim, but that seems like a big job.
Why would you replace it? If you want it to be white, just prime and paint.
I've done new trim in a few rooms for other reasons (e.g., bathroom gut job) and doing new trim is so much more difficult than just painting what's already there.

I'm not sure - maybe he thinks it sounds more fun than painting since he'll get to use a saw? To be honest we've only painted one room and I'm already kind of sick of it, the thought of painting all this trim makes me want to pull my hair out.
I won't lie, I kind of hate painting trim white. But if you put in new trim, you still have to paint it. Even if you do a coat or two before installation, you still have to paint after it's installed to cover the filled nail holes, caulk, etc. So it really does just create more work, and doesn't save you the hassle of painting in place.
If you wanted a different profile or something, then sure, that makes sense. Otherwise it is just an excuse to play with a saw in addition to having to paint trim.
We just painted out main living areas SW Balanced Beige. A lighter color on the same strip that is used often is called Accessible Beige. I was also interested in Stone Lion (which Susie posted), and it looked very similar to Balanced beige in our house.
I was looking for a warm beige/greige because we have a combination of white trim/doors/built ins, and an oak kitchen, and the same wall paint in both areas.
I used Balanced Beige in a small area and really liked it a lot. Though that wall had white trim too so not sure how it looks with oak. My guess is it would look fine.
