With my (technically) 2nd pregnancy, I had awesome beta's. They were high and doubling! Then I had a m/c a few weeks later. Then with Cam, my numbers were low to start, and my prog was low. I was so freaked out. I also had an u/s and there was just an empty sac. They told me it was most likely a blighted ovum and not to expect things to move forward. Well, I went back like a week later, and there was little microscopic Cam in the sac and my beta numbers were so much better!!! Keep your head up, Trudy!!
Crossing my fingers for you! My betas were low with Emerson. I think I did one or two additional draws to make sure the numbers were doubling/going up.

I was going to say something similar to both rainbowchip and Tamb. I know on its face, it seems very troubling because it's "characteristically" low, but each person (and pregnancy) is different, and the number guidelines are based on averages, not the whole spectrum. If they keep climbing and doubling, that's all that matters! Sending lots of T&P's our way, and I'm totally optimistic that Friday will bring good news!
