I'm having fun with the Bubble Board. I've found some new blogs to follow and great styling ideas for all different styles. I'm LMAO that 18 people repinned this image in under a half hour:
I liked it a lot, but didn't expect that reaction. We may need some rules for a style challenge if eveyone loves the same idea.
In related news, Virginia's image popped up in my Google image seach for the necklace. lol!
What did? My avatar? That's weird lol.
Yep! It was the avatar. It pulled the image and linked to this post. I was scrolling and thought it looked familiar. Then I thought, that woman would never have owned a bubble necklace, but it was your avatar linked to the post buried a few pages in on the search.
Ok so I jumped on this bandwagon and AFTER I ordered two off of ebay I decided to show my husband and the savings.... ummmm... he was NOT impressed and gave me the lecture about buying from China to save a few bucks and how wrong I was. UGH, should've kept it to myself. HA HA Oh well, I got the red and turquoise, then went to Target for a return and ended up with 2 pencils skirts, 3 tops and some jewelry that I really like. Saw the cutest pair of coral wedges and debated with myself on getting them, walked out without them and now I want to go back and get them. I do this ALL.THE.TIME! Then I went to a local boutique and bought SEVERAL tops with color, ladies I actaully bought some COLOR for my wardrobe!!!!! LOL Will try to take some pics and post to get feedback. Great day.

I figure the necklaces are probably made in china anyway, and J. Crew sells them at a huge markup. So, take that, husband!

HA, thanks! I feel better already! he is VERY into buying American but have you tried that recently? Sad to say but hardly anything is actually made here!!! He just really does NOT like knock-offs, thinks it's like stealing. But then again, if i'd buy a necklace for $150 he'd give me yet another kind of lecture. SO from now on

The J Crew Factory version is Made in China, which makes me pretty certain that these are also made there for that store. Two of my favorite Made in the USA labels are Alisa Michelle's accessories and Splendid's knit pieces are almost always made here. Alisa Michelle is regularly on sale sites for aroung 70% off and Splendid can be found on clearance for under $100 a piece. Splendid makes awesome quality lightweight knits.
