I really wasn't expecting much of a PR, since I just had a huge PR in a half 6 weeks ago, but according to my Garmin, I beat my recent PR by about 2 minutes, for a finish time of 1:53.xx. I'll take it! I'm mostly attributing it to the flatter course and the fact that I didn't have a cold this time.
BTW, I was very impressed by the Nike Women's Half race. I thought it was extremely well organized, especially for an inaugural race. Bag check was a breeze, and I barely had to wait in line for the bathroom. Lots of crowd support, too, as well as bands/music along the course. It was great.

My goal for the fall is 1:50. Is that realistic?
Congrats on your PR! That's fantastic! You can totally do 1:50 by fall.
