Urggggg I am annoyed at BIL. He just told Mr. GT about his graduation schedule, which happens to be on Memorial Day in CANADA at 2pm. Who gives less that a months notice if you want someone to travel to Canada?
I know I should be happy that he is graduating and supportive, yadda yadda. But Mr. GT and I already had plans for the weekend and I don't want to spend Memorial Day alone or drive from DC to Canada with the IZls and then fly back.
So, I'm sitting on a patio eating Vietnamese salad rolls, in peace and quiet, with a trunk full of goodies to re-deco our entryway. Ahhhh I'm so glad his busy season is over - this is just what I needed.
I don't see an injury. i just see pink skin .. If i had to have her in a cone for more than a week, I'll cry.
Allergies? Our lab has them bad all the time, but worse this time of the year. We give her zyrteks.
I have no idea. I can't remember her ever doing this so aggressively before. I'll ask the vet tomorrow. I gave her a bath this morning before work, maybe that will calm her down some.
I am glad DH is working late tonight so I can do some retail therapy and probably pick up dinner instead of making it. I seem to be hungry every 2 hours today. So either (a) it is PMS time, (3) I am not having enough protein to equate the intense boot camp class I had this morning (c) I am PG (which I doubt) or (5) it is mental and I THINK I am hungry, but not. I could go for In n Out right now.....
I dropped about $200 on birthday party supplies today. Why? No one cares.
If dd3 doesn't stop peeing in her pants, I'm going to scream. She gets distracted on the way to the bathroom when she has to go. The only solution is going with her and I'm tired of it.
DH asked me what I wanted for my birthday/mothers day and I said nothing... But I really want lots of things - a new garmin, a right hand ring, a sewing machine. Why didn't I tell him!
My oldest is grounded for grades, but I'm so sick of seeing her face that I let her make a deal with me today so her friend could come over for the snow day. I get five free babysits out of it and she has to study for an hour a night for the next week. Even if she doesn't have homework. I'm a terrible mom.
Sometimes I walk by my mailbox, open it, sort through the mail, and if it is nothing good (all bills and junk and coupon mailers etc.), I just stuff it back in there and let DH "get the mail" later.
