I've had reflux since I was a kid. Not acid reflux, but just if I eat too much too fast, it comes right back up. It's completely gross but I'm really covert about it. I had no idea what it was until I was getting my weight loss surgery and I had to admit to my surgeon that I was a barfer. But a not-on-purpose barfer.
I throw up probably once a day. Sometimes on the ground, sometimes not.
jonah has reflux like this. it sucks. i finally had to make arrangements with the school because they have a "if you puke, you're sick enough to go home" policy. the kid never would have finished kindergarten at teh rate they were sending his ass home.
OMG, I used to barf all the freaking time. Which is how I started skipping school! I could totally barf on command, which got me sent home all the time. It was awesome. Don't let him follow my lead here.

A year or so ago I went to a concert with a friend and had a few beers, but was at buzzed level not drunk. We leave and I'm exhausted so she drove my car home while I rested because I still had 45 mins of driving after dropping her off. Maybe 20 mins in I wake up and get that oh shit it's coming. I tried to find something to barf in but ended up puking all over myself and my car. She had to pull over on the highway. DH had to Pick me up at her place. It sucked, she has kids (this isnt foreign territory) and thought it was hysterical minus the smell. I still have no idea what happened. I have stomach issues and puke more than most people, but I never don't make it to a toilet. Even when I'm ragingly drunk I always make it. It was really odd and while the beer would make sense I had maybe 3 ish beers, not even close to enough to make me puke.
I had gallbladder surgery on Friday and I threw up in a bucket last night. H was a sweetheart and cleaned it out for me. I was in too much pain to run to the bathroom. Other than that it's just been morning sickness.
I hardly ever drink, but for New Year's, H and I always get a couple bottles of things and mix our own drinks. This past New Years, I had three screwdrivers with two shots each in the span of an hour and a half. I was almost passed out before midnight. About 10 minutes after midnight, I sat up real fast, and yelled, "Get me a bucket!" at H. He got back just in time for me to puke up everything I had that night.

I also had gallbladder surgery and I think it was the painkillers that ultimately made me puke. I was on percocet and my stomach did not like that I ate at East Side Mario's . How are you feeling?
I'm a frequent puker, even as a kid (I was also sent home a little too frequently in elementary school). I have a really sensitive stomach and every time I get a migraine, I puke. It's much better now that I'm on better migraine meds. But just a few months ago I had a horrible migraine and my coworker drove me home (in my own car) and I threw up 3 times just on the drive home. But I had a bag! I've had to pull over to the shoulder of the freeway while driving myself to puke. Weird smells, weird food combinations, tickle in my throat, etc. It's not good.
But I've never drank to the point of vomiting ever.

Much better today. I think I'll wean off the painkillers tomorrow.

That's wonderful! I was on the painkillers for at least a week. I had so much internal pain, whereas my incisions didn't hurt at all. So glad it's over with. Do you mind me asking why you had it taken out?
I developed stones while I was pregnant and they have been giving trouble since. I had a bad attack a week ago and the doc finally referred me to a surgeon who was quick to get me on the table. I'm relieved it's finally done. I can't wait to enjoy Mexican food again.

The attacks are the worst, aren't they! I developed gallstones after losing and gaining a bunch of weight, and had horrible attacks. Enjoy that good food!

Yes, food poisoning or 24 hr stomach flu (not sure which it was) Christmas 2010. I was home visiting family and my really good friend who I never get to see had flown in from the UK to visit. My H, my parents and her all went to the races (which I love!) the day after Christmas and I stayed home and hurled 14 times in 12 hours. It was fabulous.

Oh Yes.
When I was in Ireland, we were in a bus going to a place in County Mayo. Windy roads + Bus + Motion Sickness = Beagle puke all over the side of a mountain. Thankfully the goats didn't judge me.
