Fri: 10 mile trail run Sat: 5.5 mile run Sun: 10 mile run with stroller
We had to skip our 5k because of reasons beyond my control. This puts me at 1 out of 3 for races this year. Ugh. On another note, I HAVE to start doing more strength training again.
Friday: 60 minute zone 2 run Saturday: 58 mile bike ETA: I just checked the elevation map of my ride yesterday, 2,159 feet!! Yay!! Sunday: 45 minute spin zone 2, 90 minute run ( I haven't done this yet, I've been cleaning all day and now I have to do some planning for school, then I knock out this workout!)
Friday: off Sat.: 20+ mile mountain bike race, 1 hour walking around taking photos at the bike track (velodrome) in the evening Sunday: 30 mile easy road ride, even stopped to take a picture of the flowers. I'd normally do a 40-60 mile ride on Sunday, but I was too tired from yesterday's race

Friday: Off Saturday: 3.5 mi run Sunday: TurboFire Tone 30 min DVD (Strength training)
I've got some crazy international travel this week - hitting three countries in 7 days with at least one early morning flight. Haven't quite figured out my workout strategy but not having to account for undies during my runs will help with packing!
Fri: Rest Sat: 5 mile run Sun: 1 hr 20 min of skating.... there was only one other person on the ice. We also did tons of yard work today, I am tired!!
f - 1 hr hilly bike ride bricked with 15 min run in 90+ degree weather (20 miles/ 2 miles) sat - open water swim, 23 mile bike ride (16 mph avg going uphill into the headwind and then 30mph going down into the tailwind...wheee!!!) bricked with a sprint into the headwind and jog back (team workout) sunday - 12.55 mile run, starting at my house and ending at my mom's <8
Fri: None Sat: yoga Sun: None but I spent all day going through clothes and rearranging the closets/reorganizing and helping DH remove the oil filter on the Jeep (which is still stuck 7 hrs later) :/
F: 2.5 mile run S: Rest S: 7 mile run. 20mph winds during the run was difficult but I think it will help with my half marathon as it will be along a bay.
Fri - 20 min = elliptical, 25 minutes = lifting, 20 minutes = stair master Sat - 10 mile run Sun - 16 mile bike ride w/ DH (it was freezing cold and super windy)
