Makes me vomit just thinking about it. I tried it. I thought the food was awful. However, I have a hard time with processed food that doesn't need to be refrigerated. I guess I lost weight..I don't remember. So it wasn't that much that I would even recall

Good to know. I'm looking at another one called Bistro MD that has much better reviews as far as the food goes. It's also twice the price, but I guess you can't have it both ways. Haha.
One of my coworkers tried it for a couple weeks. It was like little tubs of dehydrated food that you added water to and microwaved. It looked awful, and she said it was pretty bad.

Gross. Ok. I think I'll try the other plan and see how that is. Thanks ladies!
I did. Made me hate mealtimes. Lost a little bit of weight. Spent tons of money. Still have a huge box of dehydrated food I am saving for the Zombie Apocalypse.

It's not totally pre-done for you, but you can DIY a meal plan using Lean Cuisines/Smart Ones if you like those. You can do Trader Joe's frozen steel cut oatmeal for breakfast, or Smart Ones makes breakfast items, or Quaker Weight Control oatmeal. You'll just need to supplement with some fruits and veggies, because it's not enough calories with just the frozen meals.
I haven't had it before but I know in Seattle sometimes I order from the-fresh-chef.com/ which deliveries fresh meals weekly. I also use amazon fresh for prepared meals.
Maybe you have a chef like place that would do something similar?
Yes, I ended up ordering a one week trial from a similar place! Thank you.
Thanks for all the input ladies. If lean cuisines are the preferred alternative, that pretty much answers any questions about trying it. I'll stay far away from NS!
Really, really awful. Also, annoying because you spend a lot of money on terrible food, and then you still have to buy more to round out the meals (fresh produce, etc.). I lost weight, but then promptly gained it back when I couldn't stand to eat the food anymore.

Truth. I lost like 20 pounds in 2 months, but I was barely eating. Starvation would have been a nicer diet plan for my pocketbook.
