Oh, our staff does NOT WORK. They are LAZY AND UNCARING. It is not like they are careful about filling WATER glasses or bringing bread to customers like a NORMAL waiter or memorizing the MENU complete with condiments. Do you have "any" idea how hard it is to find ******QUALITY HELP******* instead of SLUTTY SINGLE MOMS who can't keep their legs "CLOSED"!!!

I expect them to COMPARE THE MENU TO WHAT THEY ARE RINGING UP as well as the written order. I expect them to compare the menu prices to the check prices *BEFORE* they hand to me. If they have a problem, they are supposed to get it fixed from the manager *******BEFORE********** they hand it to me.
Serving is to "SERVE" the items(food, drinks, or check, etc.) CORRECTLY as much as they possibly can control. It's not called "TRUST your co-workers for things you don't have to and not "CARE" about what you are serving the customer."

What is the springs backstory? Is she a nest thing or an Internet thing?
I can't even remember where I first heard of her - I think on the Nest? She is a nightmare restaurant customer who has this insane logic and set of rules for servers to follow. They are there to serve her and should ask her before they refill her water, but they should automatically know to bring ranch for an order of fries. Tipping is entirely subjective - I mean insanely so - because the server is there to serve HER and they should be happy to do it and always cater to the mentality that she, as the customer, is right no matter what.
Seriously, google her - she's unhinged to the same degree as Amy Crazy-Cakes from Scottsdale.
ETA: I think she has also started multiple blogs about her views on restaurant service. She is fixated.
It is. MM was discussing restaurant pet peeves awhile back and someone mentioned her name. She googles herself fairly often, so she appeared and opened an account for posting.
Check the old posts under her SN. Her oldest post was a response to a thread called "What is your restaurant pet peeve" (she has 41 peeves, BTW). Start there and then move on to "springs1? recap?".
