I like the black one better, though the other isn't bad, either. Even if it's work-related, I think you have some leeway due to the theme - I mean, it's kind of like doing tarts and vicars - how else are you SUPPOSED to dress? Studio 54 wasn't exactly known for being a tame, modest place, lol.
