I pinched a nerve in my right ass cheek and from sex I over extended my right leg outwards and the joint area between my thigh and female garden of awesome hurts. But it's really fucking with my head because my entire leg is stiff, but if I rotate my leg outwards, it hurts. And if I pull my leg towards my body, the muscle hurts and goes into my butt and hip. And from when I fell this year, my knee feels like someone clubbed it; mafia style.
On a better note; this whole bra thing is still blowing my mind.
And my Husband brought home pizza and salad. I finally found a place that makes some sort of version of an antipasto salad, since it apparently is basically unheard of around here.
I ordered dresses from Old Navy last weekend and paid for the 3-5 day shipping. They shipped them out in three different packages, and while one of the packages got here on time, the other two aren't scheduled to be delivered until next week. I'm trying to decide if I should send them a complaint because I actually bothered to pay for shipping, or if I would just look like a crazy lady complaining about waiting a few extra days.

I'm sitting on the couch trying not to micromanage mh while he vacuums. I usually do it because that's one chore I don't mind, but I'm still on crutches and discovering he's TERRIBLE AT IT.

Does your packing slip mention them being back ordered or anything? I've never had Old Navy ship in separate packages.
The past 24 have sucked. We had to bring my friends dog to the ER vet last night, he's ok, a minor injury but it looked like a stroke at first. Then this morning I had to bring my mom to urgent care for a bad back muscle spasm. Then I had to run errands for her.
I've managed to get my hair blown out and a mani/pedi but we have not even taken a suitcase out. Gonna be a long night, we have dinner with my dad first.

Nope. I ordered on Saturday, and I got a noticed that all three shipped out on Sunday. I'm still waiting on the two UPS packages, and the FedEx one got here on Wednesday.

I used to manage a shipping department and got all of the complaint emails. Send an email with the dates and shipping type and they'll probably refund shipping for you.

I'd definitely complain. I hate paying extra shipping so on the rare occasion that I do, I want my stuff on time.
We got ds a plastic pool and he is in hog heaven. He had every outdoor toy in the pool right now.
I hate closing at work on Saturdays. I don't get out of here until 10:30 and DS's bedtime is pretty much shot by that time because H has a hard time getting him to wind down. Hopefully I won't have to continue this after the new people are trained. I've been here almost 7 years, I'm claiming seniority!

Yes call them. I paid for overnight shipping to have 2 dresses here on Friday. One made it but the other won't be here until Monday. I called this morning and they're refunding the entire shipping amount.
We finally got a little Russian store in town. I bought so much candy. I also found a doll of Sofia's favourite cartoon, but it's creepy as fuck. The little girl in the cartoon is sooo cute, but I cannot have this thing lurking around my house. I felt bad because Sofia saw it and was all like "Masha! Masha!" and I was like....no.

It is gorgeous outside today. If everyday could be like this I'd be happy.
This morning our dog had an accident in the house. I was all annoyed with her and D turned to me and said "It's ok, it's our fault" LOL
D looks exactly like H except she has my coloring. Almost every time I put a pic on FB or even if we go out as a family someone has to comment on it. Now it's gotten to the point whenever anyone says I want to go all Phoebe on them and yell "THIS IS BRAND NEW INFORMATION"
I just had a really deep conversation with my dad about my issues with my mom and sister. It was the first REAL conversation I've had with my dad in years. YEARS.
Speaking of my mom and sister, we're not on speaking terms. Again. This is getting tiring and making me feel really shitty.

I just signed up for online yoga classes through YogaGlo. I really like it so far! I had belonged to a studio for a long time, but the prices and class size kept increasing so I dropped my membership. Hopefully this gets me back into doing yoga daily.

Isn't your sister the one that smacked you after your grandma's funeral? I would think that it would be *less* tiring not having them in your life. I hope you get it all worked out though. ((ruby))
haha yep, that's her. She gave me a black eye and everything. It's funny becuase after that incident, she complained that I never talked to her and never included her in on anything so I tried. I feel like I don't even know her and according to my mom, she feels like we don't have anything in common anymore so she just doesn't try. . .Nothing in common? How about, oh, you know, our GENES. and the fact that we're sisters.
Ok, is it normal for a rabies or lyme disease vaccine (on a dog) to be really sore the evening of? Stella is crying out when she lays down or changes position and I'm worried about her.
God, I'm a horrible person. I thought Stella was your child.
I would assume it's normal but come tomorrow, if it gets worse, I'd call the vet.
ETA: I missed the part about crush guy and his dog; I read crush guy and stopped. Apparently reading until the end is a vital skill...that I don't have.

lol no worries, yeah hopefully she feels better tomorrow. She's really pitiful right now.
Poor girl. Is there an after hours number you could call just to ask about pain/how long it should last?

I just set up a surprise for my DH. There were VIP tickets to a local beer festival on Living Social, so I called up a friend of his and asked if I bought two tickets, would he be able to go. Because me and a beer festival would be pointless. So that's going to be part of DH's Father's Day gift, that a weekend later he gets to spend four hours tasting beers with a buddy that he doesn't see often, and I'll drop them off and pick them up.
My five-year-old read me six sentences today. She has an awesome memory, and so it's really hard to tell if she is reading words or just remembering them. But she picked up a book and was definitely sounding out words and recognizing others immediately. I could read before kindy, too, and it makes my heart squeeze to see her doing this -- it's the beginning of a whole world opening up for her, and it makes me all misty.

My DS is obsessed with Masha and the Bear. I sont even know how he found it, bit sa staple in our cartoon repertoire.

We went to a restaurant that we frequent, and the bartender greeted me with, "Hey, mama, how're you doing?" to which I had to say, "Great. But I'm not a mama anymore... But I can have a beer now!"
She started crying. Like, had to leave the bar for a couple of minutes. I feel so bad. Also, why does a bartender react more strongly than some of our family? Really. WTF. (WTF to family, not to her. She told us she has been unable to have children.)
Wommmmp womp. I feel like I'm dealing okay, but then something like this, or the batch of Similac coupons I got in yesterday's mail, happens.
I went to Target today to pick up a few things and some groceries. I have discovered that wandering around Target for an hour does not compute at this stage of pregnancy -- I am DONE FOR THE DAY. I came home and walrused out on the couch. Seriously, I could go to bed right now and sleep through the night.
I actually used the motorized scooter at Target when I was 9 months pregnant. I had no shame.

I just called the local emergency vet that our vet has listed on their website. The person I talked to said it seems like she is in more pain than is normal, but she ate her dinner and is drinking water so it's really our call if we want to take her in or not. It's $85 for an office visit. They're open all night and H is on his way home from work so we'll keep an eye on her for a bit and maybe try touching her sides again and see if she's getting worse. I just don't want to go in, pay $85 and have the vet say, "Yeah, keep an eye on her for a day or two."
