I'm wondering if it would be prudent to file a police report. Just in case she really is completely loony you should have a paper trail.
I was wondering about this too. Unfortunately, there are very few laws regarding internet harassment, especially if she hasn't actually threatened her.
This lady is pissing me off so bad! I scrolled to find her negative feedback and the lady said her shirt ripped after one wash and that the seller never apologized but did replace the shirt. So she seems like a real winner who will never admit she is wrong. Sounds like a lot of the doctors I work with.
Is she still messaging you? Have you used the word harassment yet?
She finally stopped but I did say harassment right before the "good luck as a mom" message. I don't get why she doesn't think these messages could come back to harm her.
I did some googling and New York has a cyberharassment law in place. I'm not sure how it works if she's not also in NY, but you can let her know about it. What state is she in, do you know?
Okay I am OFFICIALLY DONE. I tried to work things out with her and wrote her a well worded, cordial response trying to get her to understand what has been happening. In the end I asked her (again) to not contact me and I wished her the best of luck with her shop. She said...
"No. There is now almost a page of neutrals, because of what you started.
Of course, it won't thrive. You tainted our business for something we couldn't control. You are a lifewrecker and a mean girl and a bully.
Omg she's off the deep end! I can't believe she is just even dumb enough to continue writing this crazy BS, tracking all her crazy moves. Good Lord! That good luck at being a mom is just...I don't even know what to say, it's fucked up.
