6-12 in Gap, Gymbo, all those brands. 9 month for anything Carter's. She is still wearing J&J stuff that's 3-6, as well as some other 2 piece outfits from last summer that are 3-6 or 6 months with no issues. 12 month clothes swallow her whole, and I can't imagine what 12-18 would look like.
It's funny that most of us are around 12 or 18 month still. My family always says they should wear sizes that are double their age so they buy her these HUGE clothes I have to take back and exchange or save for later. She has all these 18-24 month outfits they bought around Christmas just waiting for her to wear them someday. For her bday I took back $100 worth of stuff to Baby Gap because it was way too big.
Both wear 12 m mostly, Ethan can do 12-18 in shirts but not pants/shorts (waist is too big). Allison has some 6-9 that still fit but not pants for length (she long and skinny).
12-18 usually. In Carter's he's still a 12 but it's getting small. I just retired some 6-12 gap stuff because the sleeves were too short. But 12m pants are too long

Right now she's wearing a 3-6m dress from Gymboree.
Carters she wears 9-12 and some 12m.
I have a ton of adorable J&J, Gymboree, and Gap stuff that I was planning on her wearing this summer but I don't think it's going to happen. : ( She weighs 20lbs. so I would think she could wear bigger, but no. I think most of her weight is in her ginormous head!
12-18 months. I'm only buying 18 months for new clothes though. 12 months are too tight and a pain to put on. I love summer time clothes!!! I have gone over board lately. If only my husband knew how much I really buy for clothes I would be grounded. Target, Old navy, and carters are on my favorites bar. I'm currently waiting on my carter's order in the mail, hoping it shows up on a day where DH is working.
I guess I'm not so concerned about her clothes fitting her? G mostly wears 2T dresses, but she's probably between 12 months and 18 months sizes in tops/bottoms. I just roll the sleeves of bigger sizes. I just recently got her some 3T capris that she now wears as pants.
For shirts she needs 2T because she has a long torso and big belly right now. Pants are all over the place. She has some Children's place 9-12 jeans and some Old Navy 18-24 month leggings.
