BOO: already posted, my period. BOO#2: A lady came knockign on my door to ask her to come look for a newborn baby bird in my front lawn (!?!). She said she saw it there, but our grass is long and we couldn't see it. I keep going back to look. I wonder if the lady was nuts or if there is really a lost baby bird there and where the hell is he?
YAY: i got an email froma student asking if she could register in my class even though it is full next fall. My annoying more senior colleague took 2 classes even though he is also teaching a different one and there was only one left for me, and guess what, mine is already full! She said she heard so many good things about me. :::flips hair::: (I can't help her but it still made me happy, lol)
YAY: DH has to work late so I was going to stop at home and let the dogs out before my lesson. Now that said lesson is canceled, I can take my time and not have to rush all over the place.
Yay- my first PP period is done! On to baby making!
Boo- I'm feeling useless today at work. My boss is out and he's going to ask me what I did today, and I've got nothing because no one will fucking get back to me. Argh.
Boo: Fuck you and the horse you rode in on MOLARS. My poor baby girl is miserable and I was up all night with her being miserable too. Boo 2: I spent 45 minutes this morning updating a spreadsheet only to finish and realize it was an outdated version.
Yay: I get to have lunch with my H. I love being able to see him in the middle of the day.
Yay: My baby will be 1 month old tomorrow. How the hell has it already been a month?! Boo: my yard is pathetic right now. I really need to get out there and do some weeding, because yeah. It looks gross.
BOO: I am so nauseated I can barely focus on life. Nothing is helping.
YAY: I have 10 days left working at a super intense, time-suck, temporary second job I have had for the last three months. I cannot WAIT to be not so busy.
Boo: I am up against a major deadline and I feel paralyzed. I need to get a huge report that I've been working on for six weeks done by tomorrow and although I have all the material I need, I'm having a really hard time pulling it together and actually doing coherent writing.
I've been up past midnight the past two nights and I will be lucky if tonight is not an all-nighter.
papie, I'm sorry. BOO! @lazerus24, what is normally used to make a frappucino? Tell me how I should be ordering them! (I haven't had one in YEARS, but y'know, if I do order one, I want to do it right.) ax2, babymaking? How old is your baby? (Not judging! Just asking.) He looks really little!
Boo: I am soooo sleepy! I think my daily walk/run is making me more tired and I need more sleep. *yawn* andplusalso I kept coming back here to read the Loofah Post.
Yay: I'm drinking Crystal Light Liquid in the peach bellini flavor and it's really good.
Yay! : I'm doing some boring, routine data entry work which makes my day go by quickly and is not very stressful.
Boo. : I also feel like summer is never, never going to show up. We're supposed to get rain all afternoon and all day tomorrow and it's COLD. Ugh. I'm still wearing pants and a sweater.
julez they use a concentrated coffee roast. It's not that it is bad, but the espresso is just so fresh and flavorful!
So ask for no frap roast, sub espresso shots in any frappucino that you order.
I have learned how to make almost every drink there skinny/sugar free. The problem is that I am now hooked on them and they cost like $8 a pop with my modifiers. Not to mention I will sound like a pompous ass ordering a drink with a ten word compilation.

He'll be 7 months this week. We've always wanted kids close together. And yes, it sounds crazy to say out loud and I expect to full on shit my pants if/when it actually happens. Lol.
Boo: With talking to the lawyers, it's looking more and more like my daughter will probably be removed from the home due to her behavior. I'm heartbroken and sick, but also a little relieved, which makes me feel like the worst person ever. It would be temporary at this time, but still.
You guys need some wine! I just texted DH that I am drinking wine tonight, so maybe I am projecting. Wine and chocolate!
i've had wine every day for the last 5 or 6 nights. i think this is why i feeel like a cow. ugh.
LOL I hear ya!
I drink wine to feel better, but then I feel crappy because I drink wine. Drinking lots of water and exercising during the day helps. It seems like it debloats me and gets me ready for more wine ;-)
I didn't drink since saturday, in case I was pregnant. So, now I NEED it.

yay-the weather is really nice today, and I am going to sit outside and read Boo- I have to take my dog to the vet and she has several lumps on her body. I am praying they are bug bites, because she has had to have several bumps removed @ $1000 a piece because they think they are cancerous. I also get irrationally upset when anything is wrong with my dog, so going to the vet causes me a little anxiety. The good thing is, my dog fucking loves every minute of going to the vet, even when it involves surgery or them shoving a finger up her ass.
BOO: The lady I "bought" the MacLaren Volo stroller from on CL (cville's rec!) completely flaked on me and I haven't heard from her in two weeks. I have e-mailed her multiple times. I finally get an e-mail back from her today saying she sold it to someone else. Wtf??
YAY: Another MacLaren was on CL today and I snatched it up. I'm picking it up this weekend. Lol.

I used this approach to get into so many classes in undergrad. Class was full? Go grease up the prof! The prof generally knows that folks will drop early on anyway, and just had to sign a form. Good job student!

Yay: I've lost 4 pounds this week.
Nope. Nope nope NOPE to beating yourself up here. You have gone to hell and back trying to right the ship where your daughter is concerned. Relief is ok here. Her getting removed may help her get what she needs, and may also help the rest of your family get the peace it needs.

Oh! And Mine:
Yay No. 1: MY RAISE! *Does the Carlton Dance*
Yay No. 2: Our new couch arrived yesterday and it is AWESOME! I am sure its all sorts of ML flameful, but I push a button and my whole half of the couch reclines, and to me, that is fabulous!
Boo: I couldn't get off the phone in time for my workout class at lunch, and then forgot my headphones so I didn't go exercise.

How's things with your son?
I have him doing volunteer work pulling weeds at a large outdoor museum daily. He's been busy. He starts detassling in July. Keeping him busy and physical and out of the house has been wonderful for him (and me!).
I'm glad to hear it. Maybe he just needed an outlet :-)
