Fresh buffalo mozzarella, sourdough bread with a tough crust. Instead of buttering one side of each bread, dip in egg. Put mozzarella with a sprinkle of sea salt in between, fry in olive oil. I have been using garlic flavored olive oil, but regular is awesome too.
