Thank you for this link! I've only ever had kale chips and I wasn't a few but would like to give kale another shot. Kale wasn't something we ate growing up so I really had no idea what to do with it.

Yes! There is a recipe for sauteed kale by Emeril Lagasse on the food network website (sauteed with onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, chicken broth) that we love. We also have a kale salad recipe that we make all the time: steam the kale and dress it with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and feta cheese. It is sooo good.
The trick to kale salads is to massage the kale with some salt, olive oil and a tiny bit of your acid from your dressing. Do that and after a few minutes, it wilts beautifully and makes it much more palatable, texture wise
