Friday:40 minute run, 60 minute OWS (first time outdoors!) Saturday: organized ride that was so fuuuun!!! 65 miles, my longest distance ever, and I felt awesome and loved passing so many people, especially going up hill. At mile 50 there was a 3 mile long climb! Sunday: was supposed to bike for 60 minutes but had to do report cards. but I did get in a 90 minute run which felt surprisingly awesome!!! Slow, but awesome!!
Fri- 2.3 mile lunchtime run Sat- 5k "race" Sun- 5k then an hour of hot vinyasa with my yoga run club. A full MINUTE faster than Saturday! Arghhhh I hate when that happens.
Saturday: 2:18 bike ride (49 miles, including warm up, wind, a dozen stop lights and only a little bit of drafting)! Bricked with 11 min run (1.5 miles)
Sunday: 1:45 pretty easy run (13.5 miles, about 4 on a new trail)
Friday: fast-ish 3.25 mile run Saturday: 3 miles with 1 at goal race pace Sunday: none (Boo) I had planned to do at least 6, but the weather and sick kids said otherwise.
Friday - rest Sat - 5 mile run in the morning along the wharf in SF plus over 10 miles of walking out to the Golden Gate Bridge and back Sun - traveling home from vacation but I did clean the house when I got home, so 1.5 hours of cleaning
Friday: rest Saturday: 90 minute crossfit partner WOD. In honor of one of the coaches b-days we did 19 different exercises 86 reps each. Sunday: 3 mile run to kick off my 1/2 marathon training

Friday: 30 minute run Saturday: rest (though we had DD's birthday party that day, and I was so sore by the end of the day just from getting ready for that) Sunday: 10 mile bike ride
