I am extremely tired today. I did not get enough rest to compensate for the activity on Saturday.
The kids were excellent at school on Saturday morning, played well together and with the other kids. DD kept a sharp eye on DS #2 (just like I asked her to), but they were ready to go at 1pm. I helped clear and paint a room, I am still finding paint specks on my skin and in my hair--I've scrubbed myself three times since and it's not all off me.
Saturday night we hit the drive in and didn't get home until 2am. Yesterday we were lazy.
I am re making my iced coffee right now becuase I made my espresso and then instead of pouring the iced coffee over it I just poured regular coffer creamer. It was like a chocolate milk shake. I need coffee before I make coffee!
And seriously, if you need help with house hunting/apartment hunting or anything like that, please give me a shout. This is so exciting!
Thanks so much! I don't think we will be moving right away. I'll probably commute a month or two. Gives us time to save up money for a moving truck and visit a few towns to see what we like.
I sure did, I love the way it turned out. I have to edit my friends face out of the picture I have of the two of us and then post it in a second. That way you can see both dresses!
I spent all damn day with puppy guy yesterday, and some of his friends as well. They are hilarious together and it's obvious they have a deep caring for each other under the ribbing and jokes. Definitely a bromance circle.
Also something interesting... I went to his step-mom's birthday party with him after the brewery. He said "yeah, you're invited, come along" and I thought there would be a shitton of people there and I'd be in the background...but it was all close family and step-siblings and grandparents. They knew about me and the fact that I lived in CA and asked questions and it was seamless and kind of natural that I was there. Not awkward. They were very welcoming.
I don't know...I got to know more of who he is as a person and met a lot of his family and friends this weekend. Something clicked there. I'm going to say goodbye to the rest of the guys I've been talking to/seeing.

YAY Gault!
Thanks PS, I like the overall style of those shoes. I can't wear them to work though (they have a rule here, either open toe or open heel--never both). But they'd be fun going out to dinner or to wedding shoes.

I am at an amusement park today with my little brother and two of his friends. They are quite the handful. The three boys all won giant stuffed squids. I am not really sure how we are all going to fit in the car to get home. I am trying to PIP but photo bucket is being stupid.
