Moneypenny never came over here. Once she went back to work (I think she was a highflying lawyer), I don't think we saw her ever again.
Some do a google search for a lawyer in boston with a baby born in april!!! I'm sure we have some more informaton... we can find her... surely?!
(does that make me a creep?)
I saw her! She lives in my town and one evening this past winter I was going into a bakery with both my kids and she was leaving with her daughter (super cute)...I TOTALLY recognized her but was too embarrased to say anything. Missed opportunity.
Why do people just hang around on the baby names board? I don't get it.
I like to hang around the baby name board because sometimes there's interesting with drama and there are also people with some pretty horrific names for their children who need severe intervention. So it's kind of like a public service.
I admit, though, I hang out on the baby shower board purely for the drama.

NO WAY!! That's crazy. I could see how it would be odd to say something. Especially if you only know her sn! Ummm, excuse me, Ms. Moneypenny...
The salad thread reminded me of another. There was a link to a post on another board about someone who was all bent out of shape about how she'd gone to dinner at a "fine dining" restaurant, and they wouldn't give her a free extra container of ranch dressing, even after she'd bought a fancy frozen margarita. I think there was a problem with the soda refills too. Our board ripped her to shreds for thinking that a restaurant that served ranch dressing and frozen margaritas was fine dining.

IDK about ranch dressing, but there are places here that have $25 margaritas with fancy ingredients like hand-pressed herb bitters and passionfruit foam. The same places will have ultra-fancy mac and cheese with artisinal, cave-chilled cheese from France and small-batch bacon crumbles on top. I have given up trying to figure out what is classy food and what isn't!

I believe the component you're looking for is the price, since there is gourmet everything these days.

I had a totally overpriced, but insanely delicious margarita the other night. It wasn't frozen because I don't believe in diluting my booze with melting ice bits Muddled tart cherries, agave nectar, infused tequila (I forgot with which herb). OMFG, amazing.
I *think* the woman in the thread was referring to a Red Lobster or something similar.
I bartended at a Lobster Hell, so I've earned the right to say that it is the most disgusting restaurant I've ever eaten at (aside from the Castle at Disney World, but that was at least comically bad).
OOOOHHH! I remember there were a few people who didn't use toilet paper. That was pushing the envelope a little too far for me. I just couldn't wrap my head around that one...

Uh what? Are those people here? I use the flushable wipes, hopefully they use those?!?
Whew! That took me a log time to get through. Someone mentioned Mrs Green....wasn't she the one who admitted to driving while bumping on an FFFC and hell broke loose on her?
Yeah, that was her. That thread was brutal, but she didn't get it. She said she did it while her LO wasn't in the car..... Like that makes it any better.
