In the last 15 years, we are the 3rd owners. I am not sure of how many came before that, but since the house is now 133 years old, I'm pretty confident that there were more than 2 other owners before them.
I have no idea. All I know is that a guy said his family Moved into it in 1919 & he grew up here. He sent us an old photo & letter. It was built in 1900 so his family wasn't first. I also know it was divided up into 3 apartments at one time & was still 2 when we bought it. I'd guess lots & lots of people have lived here. I've been stopped out front & been told by strangers they lived here at one time.

House was built in 1850. We are only the second owners since the 70's, but I don't know how many people lived here before that. I'm presuming a lot, but I can't be sure.

My house was built in 1959, and we're the 3rd family. The first family actually lived there until 2008, when they sold to an investment company. But then the market went to shit so they rented it for a few years to family #2. Then we bought it in 2011.
There are a bunch of original owners in my neighborhood, but a lot have been moving out in the past few years.

Our house was built in 1957 and the kids of the first owners still live in town (visited us the first week in the house), the next owners just retired also, but their kids have stopped by. We're just the third.
This house is from 1930s and we believe we are the seventh owners. Our old house was from the 1830s and we believe we are the 25th residential owners, but three different businesses ran out of the property in the 1840s to 1860s.
House built in 1973 and we are the 4th owner. The original owner lived in teh home for almost 30 years. This neighborhood was developed in the 70s (I grew up a couple of streets over from where we live now) and there are still a decent number of first owners. I call them "The Originals."
Not sure... the house was built in 1963, sold in 1966, and then to the couple we bought it from in 1969. Everyone seemed to think that in the first three years it was owned by the developer and that the people who bought it in 1966 were the first to occupy the house, so I voted 3rd.
2nd - build in 2005 by the brother of the first family. I'm curious about what was on this land before that though because it was a lot divided into 2 to build 2 identical houses on long skinny lots. The houses next to us are 70+ years old. And what we're finding as we're digging garden spaces is interesting too. I think we might have found what used to be a foundation (before large concrete pours).

Don't know. Our house was built in 1901 (fun stuff-- I can find it on the old Sanborn Fire Insurance maps of our town, so I know the weird gabled-ell shape was probably original). I do know that my great aunt and uncle lived in it in the 90s and built the detached garage (and the house next door). So I curse them and the people who sold it to us when we find things that weren't done right, even though I don't really know that it was their fault.
Someday when I get a chance, I really want to go to the Recorder's office and trace back all the ownership.

Our house is almost 60 years old and we are the second owners. The first family built it as a you.g family and stayed until only the mom was left and had to go to a nursing home. We have been here 5.5 years.
House built in the 60s by my grandfather. My mom grew up in it and my grandma lived here until she passed away. H and I purchased it from the estate. So owner #2...
