aw yay!! i did their 1/2 marathon last year and want to do one of the tris in CLT-hopefully next year. guess i better get on a bike at some point...
I did the 5-mile run last year. I would definitely recommend the tris - great support from volunteers, spectators and participants. I will definitely do the Rock Hill tri again next year and maybe the South Charlotte too, depending on work-related events that fall that time of year. Some of the girls I run with are doing Huntersville in Sept, and I am thinking of going along to spectate, if not doing it myself. I've heard that one is a little crazier because it's much bigger (~500 participants vs ~300 at RH).

I live near that area & it is a little crazy/packed for that tri. Way to go!!!!
