Not sure if they sell these in your area, but they are delicious. I don't need to avoid gluten, but I ate these a lot when I was losing weight because I love chip type snacks. Attachment Deleted
I am allergic to wheat and avoid it.Read labels, SO important. Also, if I suspect/know I have ingested wheat I take the supplement L Glutamine and it kills the bloating and the pain within 24 hrs. I stumbled upon that while on vacation after I had been glutened.
This is a nice tip!
I got sick off some fried food while visiting family last weekend. I thought my mom said it was just a parm crust. Nope.

What scotty said.
DH is allergic to gluten, I make sure to triple check the ingredients. Sometimes he forgets to check, and he gets disappointed when we get home and he realizes it has gluten in it.
Red Robin has gluten free buns and they have a separate area in the kitchen where they cook the allergy free food.

I've been GF for 8 years. I have a hard time thinking of tips off the top of my head because I am so used to it that I don't even consciously think about it anymore, but if you have any specific questions I'd be happy to help.
My sis has celiac. She mostly just eats non-processed foods at home--like egg & fruit for breakfast, salad lunch, meat & veg for dinner. She will admit a love of candy (Hot Tamales, m&ms) & she eats a lot more potato chips now. As far as bread her fav is Rudis toasted. She doesn't buy many GF processed foods because they are pricey but she does like the GF pretzels. Her Go to FF is Chipotle & Wahoos. Hope you feel better soon.
