Given you are in Florida, that backyard looks like a haven for snakes and other reptiles that would find their way into your house. Plus, which a time suck (or cash suck if you hire someone) to take care of it.

I love your house porn! The dining room paint job reminds me of my Portuguese great-grandmother's living room, lol. She liked BRIGHT and BOLD colors.

There is wood parquet in the bedrooms. Not idea, but better than crappy carpet.

It's no closer to the beach than some others I've looked at. it's close to the bay, but overall house values in the area are high.

thinkofthesoldiers I'm not worried about snakes etc. I would pull a lot of ot out to make room for a pool anyway. I would also have pest control for misquittos etc. And I'll fuck a snake up- they don't scare me.

LOL in St. Pete there are more problems with rats than there are with snakes.
