steph196, I saw you're juicing on IG! How's it going? Did you buy juice or are you making it? How long are you going for?
claralou, did you do your cleanse yet? If so, how did it go? Did you like the taste of the Suja juices?
TrudyCampbell, no juice for you. Come back in 9 months.
We have been juicing for about 6 months now. We typically just do it in the morning, but it's amazing how quickly it clears out your system. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks without working out, and just juicing once a day and staying away from soda and fast food!
I've had horrible heartburn problems lately, so I wanted to do a juice cleanse to hopefully restart my system. I am only doing 1 day, because I don't think I can handle more than that! I bought a cleanse from our local juice bar. I could have made it myself, but I probably would have been lazy. It has been really hard, but I'm already feeling cleaned out! (TMI!) I have one more juice to go tonight!!
This is the juice bar that we have here in Orange County. They ship nationwide. They have 3 different types of cleanses (I did the classic one.) to choose from. Here's the link...Nekter Juice Bar

Wow, that is amazing!! 10 pounds in 3 weeks? You go, girlfriend!
I'm tempted to buy a juicer, but I'm also very lazy and it's just easier to buy them. Which one do you have? I was looking at the Breville.
Enjoy your last juice tonight! Real food tastes soooo good after a cleanse. Juicing is so addicting!

Ruby, I have the best Breville (it was a wedding gift from one of the doctors I worked with who used to cleanse with me) and I rarely use it. I don't have the counter space so that's a huge part of it, but the clean up is sooo annoying. I hope to get back into it one day when we move.

What is the last one? It only says it's vanilla flavored. Is it almond or cashew milk? I crave that stuff all the time. It's like crack!

We have a Breville (I think there are 3 levels, and we have the 2nd). We figured that it was a good brand, since that is what they used in Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead! I'm spoiled, because my husband makes it in the morning, so it's ready when I get up. We prep everything the night before and just stick it in the fridge. That helps to make the morning process easier. Our juice bar doesn't open until 7:00, so I couldn't get there and be to work on time.

I just read some reviews and it said the cleanup wasn't that bad?? I feel like homemade juice might not taste as good as store bought juice though. Nothing tastes as good as lazy feels.

It says that it has raw cashews, agave, and vanilla bean.

I've cleaned it a few times and it's honestly not all that bad. Since we use it everyday and nothing sits on it, we end up just rinsing it in hot water and giving it a good wash 1-2 times a week.

Homemade isn't as thick. Although thick may be the wrong word.
rubber pants, I've done Suja and a local company called Catalyst. Suja juices were sweeter than Catalyst. My sister has done both of those and also BPC. I've tried the BPC cashew milk and it was amazing! I wish I could pick and choose different juices from each company and make my own sampler of my favorites. I think BPC (Blueprint) is the most popular/biggest company, but you should also check out any local juice bars in your area.
I was totally skeptical about trying it. I didn't think I'd be able to stick to it at all. But, honestly, it was great! It renewed my sense of willpower and helped me lose several pounds quickly before my husband's work trip.
If you do it, make sure you try to follow the pre and post cleanse recommendations. It makes it a lot easier on your body and helps the weight stay off.
