After seeing myself in these photos, I think I'm wearing the sequined dress. Sorry about the quality of the photos, not sure why they're not better quality. Also, for anyone who wasn't sure about my body type, you can see, especially in the red dress, I've got a lot more hips than boobs.

You look AMAZING in both of them. I think I agree with you on the gold but, damn, they both look so great. I am also feeling bias to the sequins because I am now doing a sequin gown.
Oh, and now I need to figure out shoes and nail polish.
I have rose gold chandelier-like earrings with champagne and rose-colored crystals on them. I'm going to wear those, no necklace. I'm planning to do a pinky-bronze smoky eye and a lip color that's not too intense but also not too light.
I have dark red metallic pumps (the ones I got at the Anniversary Sale), black pumps, and strappy silver & gold pumps. Those are the ones I'm considering, at least off the top of my head. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, I would probably do a short dark nail. Like a dark plum or a dark red creme. This might only be my suggestion because I am getting excited about fall colors.
I'm already wearing Germanicure by OPI on my toes. I was thinking about wearing the same on my nails, or maybe OPI Skyfall, Sephora by OPI Because I Said So, or Chanel Ruby Slipper. Or maybe Zoya Ciara. I have too much nail polish.
Here are three of my going-out shoes. The strappy shoes are actually a silver and gold combo. All heels are fairly slender. I didn't take mirror photos because I didn't do well with that earlier.
Do the gold and silver strappy! They're so pretty. Unless they're super uncomfortable in which case you should do the red.
I love Germanicure. There was another polish from that collection that I can't remember the name of right now. It is similar but pulls more purple. It would be gorgeous with your dress!
The plan is to go to a speakeasy-type bar first for a little bit, then move on to a fancy-ish club that doesn't have a cover and is sort of themed after Alice in Wonderland. I've been there once and they had good drinks and good music most of the night.
Neither pair of shoes is going to be super comfortable. The strappy ones are vintage so there's no padding in the footbed. The red ones are just really high (3 3/4"). I guess it depends on the weather tomorrow, which will probably be beautiful.
