135 here. Per my training plan, should have been over 150 but I've crapped out on a few (including today) thanks to the heat. I think still my highest ever though.
Running: 80 miles Biking: 560 miles Swimming: 20 miles Yoga: 1x/week
The top of my foot hurt for the first two weeks of August - recovered just in time to do a few Hood2Coast training runs and go to Hood2Coast - then took nearly a week off to recover from Hood2Coast. So, not a lot of running for me but I used my time to work on my swimming. Now I am fully recovered and hoping the periodization helps me come back stronger.
Although I've been busting butt in the pool, I still suck.

Swim - 9.5 miles (16759 yards) Bike - 137.73 miles Run - 44.70 miles
I almost doubled my July swim totals, so I'm proud of that. Bike wasn't where it should have been but I'm realizing with track training you just don't go as far and didn't factor that in when writing up August goals. A good month though.
And I've ridden at least 100 miles a month this year since my cast came off!
run 50.82 - one of my highest mileage month, should have been higher but I had to skip my long run at the end of last week due to an ankle issue. I hope this rest period makes it go away, I have a very busy September.

swim 40.58
I was gunning for 50 and derailed the last two weeks for various reasons (mostly air quality). I need to get back on track because September is supposed to be almost 60 miles.
