I'm getting frustrated with this cycle. I've had tons of possible pregnancy symptoms that are out of the ordinary for me. I'm 13 DPO and have been testing since 9DPO and have gotten nothing but BFNs. I typically get my period between 10 -14 DPO. I had some spotting the last two days but none today. I've been pouring over the FF Chart gallery. MY DH is convinced that I am KU.
vtdiamond Your chart looks great. Hopefully you will get your BFP soon.
I am irrationally upset this morning that my favorite grocery store Market Street has been bought out by Albertsons. I freaking hate Albertsons with a passion. It was a happy day when they closed all but one of them in DFW. I take grocery shopping personally and I really loved Market Street. It's likely I will have to find somewhere else to shop. Me = Sad Panda
I had a dream last night that I had to do a heart surgery. It was very intense. I think I have been watching to much Grey's.
my thoughts? you're not late yet. AF can still come tomorrow and be within your norm. you're not out until AF comes, but remember that a lot of early pregnancy symptoms are also PMS symptoms. I've learned that mild nausea is a PMS symptom for me, joy. that's why the 2WW is such a mindfuck. so keep testing if you want, but I wouldn't worry yet.
mrssandro, Albertson's sucks. it's expensive and crappy. I'm glad all of ours closed.
my random: I thought I was supposed to work today. it's on my personal calendar as a scheduled day. so I walk into work at 6:40 am, and the night shift nurse is all, "uhhh, what are you doing here? you're not on the schedule." we look it up, and apparently, today's shift got moved to Thursday. I was unaware of this! so I'm going to talk to our scheduling nurse (probably tomorrow, no need to call her on her day off, what's done is done) and find out what happened. I doubt that I simply forgot that I agreed to switch a shift, since when that happens, I a) have to consult my personal calendar in order to agree to a switch and b) then immediately change it in my personal calendar. ughhhhh.... I was planning to clean the house top to bottom on Thursday and go grocery shopping for all the guests we're having Friday-Sunday! now I have to squeeze all that into Friday!
Thanks ladies, I appreciate it. I know I should chill about it, and probably shouldn't have started testing so early as now it feels like forever. And I've had heartburn for like a week You're right pooh8402 it's a total mindfuck
yes, like jj said, you can have a perfect pregnancy chart and no baby. I had a great triphasic pregnancy chart last cycle--good timing, a dip on 6 DPO with a secondary rise starting on 7DPO, then it dropped the day before AF. you just never know.
Your chart looks great! Unfortunately, a pretty chart is just that...a pretty chart. Hope you get a BFP
Travel dept just sent me a proposed itinerary with a red eye return flight. Nope! Not interested. I'm flying back to my ILs house rather than my house and I'm pretty sure they don't want to do an airport pickup at 2:30 am.
oh, and girls' night out tonight with my BFFs!! Super excited.

So true. Your chart does look "good," and sometimes, it's a sneak peek for a BFP, but sometimes it's not. I had a triphasic pattern last cycle and my temperature didn't dip until I already knew I was out (spotting the day before). Stupid charting. (But I can't quit you.) Also, there's a possibility that you O'd a day later, which means you may only be 12DPO right now and pregnancy tests aren't as accurate. Good luck and keep us posted!
I picked up the "Making Babies" book again (the book that blends Eastern and Western medicine) because I figure I may as well try everything until we meet with the RE again in October. I last took the fertility type test in February and now my profile has changed. One of the steps for my profile ("Stuck") is to quit coffee. I'm on Day 2 and it suuuuuuuucks. The test is online if anyone is interested: test

FX for you vtdiamond!
My random: it's going to be 90 degrees for the next 3 days, and then beautiful highs in the mid 70s for the week after that - go away summer I'm ready for fall!
D2M, of course! no way a hospital wants to keep an extra nurse hanging around if they don't need her. when I walked in, our nursery had 5 babies on the board, and 2-3 mamas in labor, so we were expecting to have 8 babies at the end of the day. since our ratio is 6 babies to 1 nurse, they definitely didn't need 3 nurses today.

Good! Hopefully you can get a bunch of your weekend prep work done today.
I thought about that. but if I clean the house top to bottom today (like I had planned on Thursday), then it's just going to get messy again with 2 dogs. I'd just have to do it all over again on Friday, so there's no point today. the only productive thing I can do today is laundry. so I'm doing that now.
jjwritergirl, this page gives some bare-bones descriptions but the book has a whole chapter on each fertility type and steps to take. I got mine at the library. You can also get a little more info in this Google books preview.

I took the quiz and got "tired" and "stuck"... but when I tried to read the descriptions the pages weren't available. I am curious to know what their ideas are though.
MrsMB It was a fitness barre class. I think you would love it. They combine cardio, ballet, and yoga
I got tired and stuck also...and I too couldn't read the descriptions. I want to know what it means!
I took our dog to doggy daycare for the first time since vacation today. I was worried she wouldn't be excited because the last time I took her it was for boarding, but she took off for the door as soon as she got out of the car. It made me happier than it probably should have to see her so excited. If I get this worked up about doggy daycare, I'm going to be a wreck when we have kids.
I got "dry" and "stuck." then I looked at the advice, and had to lol. opposing advice. "do not do aerobic exercise." "do aerobic exercise." the main thing both had in common was to drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol. well duh!
Yeah, that's confusing if you're looking at it online. The book assigns different numerical values to each characteristic, so it's a little easier to see if you are more in one profile versus the other. The whole thing is a crapshoot, probably, but I'm willing to do anything at this point.
Good luck vtdiamond, hope this will be it for you!
I can tell I'm starting to feel better because a) I walked all the way to the coffee shop by myself this morning to meet a friend and b) I'm already starting to feel frustrated that the doc forbade recreational ST for a month following surgery. Ah, the little things!

POAS this morning at 11dpo. BFN.
(Wow, if you weren't familiar with TTC acronyms, you would have no clue what I just said.)
Another annoying thing about TTC and the 2WW: The closer I get to the end of a cycle, the most likely I think it is that I'm pregnant. So, just after ovulation, I would say that based on the evidence - at least six previously unsuccessful months, only one BD in the FW, although it was perfectly timed - I figured I had a pretty low probability of getting pregnant this cycle. If it hadn't happened before, why would it happen this time? Now that I'm just a day or two from expected CD1, I'm can't keep myself from thinking that there's actually a fairly good chance, so I should definitely start testing early and getting my hopes up and blaming every stomach twinge on being pregnant.

Hmmm, I got tired and dry. The descriptors say that one has a yin deficiency, the other a yang deficiency. Perhaps I don't exist.
On another note, I got another +OPK this morning! Not like I can do anything about it, but this is closer to my regular O time than CD 6 is. So yay, I guess, lol.
