Opinions needed. I don't typically line or put mascara under my eyes because I think my lower eyelashes look oddly long but it's kind of growing on me. Wdyt?

There is a fine line between filling in your brows and having them look painted on. You are kind of over that line.
I think a visit to square one and Sephora is in order.
ETA: to answer the original question, I think your eyes look great both ways, but I'd leave the bottom alone day to day. For an occasion go all out on them
Most peoples' eyebrows are slightly darker than the hair on their head anyway. You should try a powder in an auburn/bronzey shade. (coming from another occasional redhead)
But your hair isn't naturally red, right? It's more brown? There is no reason for your eyebrows to match your hair exactly. Use a lighter brown pencil or shadow to fill them in, not draw them on. I also think if you had eye makeup on, your brows may be fine natural.
But yeah, the eyebrows...sorry, hun, I know I sound like a total bitch-face, but they seriously need dialed back a notch otherwise they venture into drawn on with a Sharpie look.
I have zero eyebrows naturally so I feel your pain. I found a technique that keeps them looking as natural as possible. When you use your angled brush, just make small strokes along with your eyebrow hairs just like you're making new individual hairs. Oh, and don't fill them in completely, leave sparse slivers of skin especially at the thicker end.
I have invisible brows, too, and just dust a little powder into them, or use a blonde Anastasia pencil.
I like your eyes lined. You have beautiful natural colorings - and it's normal for your brows to not match your hair. Blonde brows shouts "my beatiful hair color is natural".
