Went to pee during my lunch break and saw a clot in the toilet. I wiped and the spotting is worse. Dark brown maybe reddish and looks like clots. Having lots of pressure. Drove myself to the ER. Please send good thoughts my way.
*UPDATE*
Everything is ok! I spent 8+ hours at the ER. My phone was dying and I wanted to keep what battery I had left to keep in touch with DH (who was home with X) and my mom. When I finally got home after 8pm our power was out so I couldn't charge my phone, eat (they didn't let me eat all day in case it was appendicitis) or shower (had a trans-vaginal u/s so my vag was full of lub - ew).
I was loosing dark brown/pink clots and having very sharp pain to my right side. They did a BETA HCG draw and sent me for an U/S to rule out appendicitis, ovarian cyst and etopic. My Beta was 205 (normal range). U/S showed "normal changes" to my uterus for this stage of pregnancy. I had a large cyst on my right ovary, tubes were clear and appendix was ok (took them 45+ minutes to find my appendix because it was hidden behind gas filled bowel...). I asked her if she could see a gestational sac (because I could see 2 dark circles) and she said "Yes right here in your endometrium, well there are 2 sacs, errr, cysts, it's really too early too tell, you would need a HCG level of 2000+ to see anything". 2 cysts in my endometrium? Is that normal? My first thought was OMG twins!! But she made sure to correct herself and call them "cysts" and not "sacs".
Doctor is pretty sure my pain is being caused by the ovarian cyst. The spotting started after I took an hour long walk on Sunday so he told me no prolonged walking. Didn't mention anything about BFing. I'm going back on Thursday @2pm to repeat BETAs. He said if the pain got worse to come right back and that if bleeding continued it is most likely a m/c and went on to say that "30% of women have a m/c and it's not your fault......." He basically said there was nothing to do at this point but to wait for my 2nd BETA.
I see my GP this morning for my first pre-natal appointment and will ask her to send me for an early u/s. Then I got back to the ER Thursday at 2pm.
Thank you so so so much for all your T&Ps, I was thinking about you ladies all day yesterday and wishing I could update you. I really don't know what I would do without all the support I get on here. I truely love each and every one of you, thank you <3
