I'm going to make glazed pork chops (from a link that was postd earlier) with broccoli. We are also making fondue tonight because my H has really been wanting some lol

I did chili tonight too. I've been waiting so long for cooler weather so I could make it.
H usually doesn't care for chili, but he scarfed it down tonight. Too bad I didn't pay any attention to what I was throwing in it so I can repeat it again lol.

I just ate avocado egg salad. DH takes the girls to his parents' house on Sunday afternoon/evening so I always fend for myself. It is awesome, amazing, quiet house time.

Leftovers. We were going to have them for lunch and homemade soup for dinner but I have a terrible cold so I decided earlier I probably wouldn't feel like cooking tonight.. and I was right.
So I made homemade macaroni & cheese soup for lunch and we'll have leftover fried "rice" (quinoa) w/edamame for dinner.
Well I have eaten about a handful of those High Chew candies from China. DH is cooking steak on the grill. I can't decide if I want rice or instant mash potatoes with it. Yeah.. I'm not exactly a beacon of health this weekend. I give zero fucks.

I made a pasta with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, onion, and garlic. Also has chicken and I tossed it in olive oil, fresh herbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Oh, and homemade wheat bread. Not really French Bread, not really "regular" bread. Not sure what to call it...
I meal prepped today so we have a lot of options. H had pork tenderloins with roasted rosemary potatoes and asparagus, I had lemon pepper tilapia with brown rice and broccoli. Oh and wine.
