8-5, but I'm usually in about 6:30 (donut and bullshit time before working) and out anywhere from 4-7. (Leave early for football games, or stay late to work on other things)
9-5:30 and I never take lunch. It blows. But at the same time I do have some flexibility on my hours so that's nice, there are times where I just can't stay asleep after H wakes up (which is an hour before I do) so I will just do 8-4:30 and that's fine too.
I like to go in for 7:15 but in a crunch, 8:30 is probably the latest I can go in without it being a pain. Leaving is tougher...bell rings at 3:45 but I have to wait until at least 4:30 to make sure no bus kids are 'lost'...today I am here waiting for a parent to pick a child up...so it will be after 5 when I leave.
Most days I would say 7:30 - 4:45...but the after school part depends on the needs of the school/day...tomorrow night I am here until 8:30pm for meet the teacher...next Monday until 8:30 for our PTA...
Eta: I eat at my desk when I have a moment to do so and usually try to 'take a break' by coming on here...but it's tough to do since my computer is fairly visible and while I have a 'right' to a break, it still looks bad.
It helps that I have a <10 minute commute. On Fridays I work from home and don't get much done besides laundry and cleaning so I don't mind working a few extra hours M-Th.

8:30 - 4:30, generally. When I took this job I negotiated a shorter day for work/life balance purposes. It's awesome. I do work from home occasionally and take company visitors to dinner, etc. from time to time, as needed.
My boss doesn't set hours - everyone on our office staff makes their own schedule each week. Since I'm my entire department, my schedule is really variable, depending on what I've got going on. Usually in the winter, when the zoo isn't open to the public, I work M-F, 7:30-3. In the spring (field trips) and October (Halloween event), I work crazy long hours - usually 70-90 hours per week. The rest of the "open season", I usually work 8:30 to 5.
9-2:30, with flexibility to work any 5.5 hours between 8 and 3:15. I'm a .73% time teacher. Hoping to be full time next year, which will be 8:00-3:15 with no flexibility.
I usually work 10-4. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later depending on appointments/after-hours events. I'm in sales, so I have a ton of flexibility as long as numbers are being met. My commute really stinks though, so if I leave after 4, it can take me 1.5+ hrs to get home.

Last job: 6:30 - 4 with every other Monday off. It was my choose to go in that early.
Next job: 8:30 - 5. I hate starting work that late. I like to get in and get out. I really do struggle with afternoon slumps and struggle a little bit at the end of the day.
