my gmail/fb update ETA- I am not evil, it is deactivated

I was getting fb mobile updates for janesmith @ gmail and I am jane.smith.   Ends up she is about an 18 year old from FL with FANTASTIC friends, well at least the names. (sarcasm)

I essentially went into her fb and changed her password.  I know she will never see it nor guess it, but wanna hear?  Nachoemail

Yes, I am a childish, but I do not care.

Now, the question is what do I do with control over her fb page? 



ETA:  I am not going to do anything evil.  I deactivated.  I was thinking of being nice and posting something on her page about it not being her email.  But, I didn't want the headache of dealing with a teenager or more emails.

I thought the advice was to tell Facebook that you weren't her to make the emails stop, not to hijack her page.

But also, [e-mail] and [e-mail] are the same email address. Gmail ignores periods (so you also have [e-mail] --- try it). So it sounds like someone has signed up for Facebook using your email address? That has happened to me. It was just a spammer/fake account, not someone's "real" account. I was able to get it shut down by complaining to Facebook. No big deal. And I doubt the spammer/fake person ever noticed or cared that you have control of this account. They probably have 900 other accounts to play with.

Well - initially I was going to suggest taking over her FB page and sending her a notice that way, because clearly the only email you have for her is actually YOUR email.

Is there any way you can do that? Send her a message via Facebook?

She can't though, because the email she has is actually HER email. Like, This Other Person's emails are all going to the OP.

Coming here to say what do I do with it now that I have control of it is immature. Instead of say...letting her know somehow, you came here to ask wtf to do with her page. Her page, that yah, you are getting e-mails for but you could figure out a way to contact her and tell her. 

It still doesn't mean her fb page is yours.
