Wash and dry on hot, or dry in sunlight if you can't dry on hot, and I washed with vinegar. I hate bleach so I didn't use it.
Is your DS still rash-free? If he doesn't have a yeast rash, I would continue to use your CDs and the diaper cream. If he has a rash, ditch the diaper cream, wash CDs on hot with vinegar and line dry in the sun. I'd probably switch to disposables, otherwise you have to do the same cleaning routine each time until you're both done with treatment. If he is still yeast-rash free, keep washing his CDs separate from your clothes so they don't pick up yeast from your stuff.
I continued to use my reusable nursing pads because the disposable ones hurt my nips more. I just washed/dried on hot and changed them often.
I'm not sure if you do or do not have nipple cream. If you can't get APNO, pick up some generic lotramin AF (for athletes feet). You can put that on your nipples and on your lo's bottom. I did wipe it off before nursing. Keep a little vinegar/water solution to wipe your nipples before nursing. Also, boil anything that comes in contact with your nipples or you lo's mouth. Pump parts, pacis, bottles, etc. and rinse them in a water/vinegar solution too.
Both my son and I currently have thrush. His sores look to be gone but he still has a few days of nystatin left. I am back to work so dr told me to sterilize everything each day, including pacifiers. I usually wash and then sterilize everything nightly until my kids are over 6 months so that hasn't changed. I am also using disposable breast pads and washing my nipples after each nurse session. I didn't know about the vinegar though I am going to try that.
Did anyone have a decrease in milk supply? Mine seems to have taken a hit, not sure it is related though.
Ok thanks AmyRI and mrssteste I am not sure why it has been down the last couple days but if it isn't the thrush then maybe it will comeback quickly. My usually pump output is 15-16 oz. Yesterday I pumped 11 and it looks the same today. Very frustrating.

Have you tried changing your pump's membranes (Medela) or valves (Ameda)? The more often I sterilize, the more often I need to change them.

I havent changed the membrabes thats a good idea. I vaguely remember that happening with DD. thank you!
Dumb novice pumper question (because I've seen it mentioned a lot here lately) - which are the membranes? The flexible cup-shaped part that fits near the flange, or under the faceplate on the actual pump?
Are replacements easy to find? (I have a PISA)
So on the PISA, there's the flange, the connector (clear plastic, flange goes in one end, tube connects to one side, and the bottle screws on underneath), the valve (the yellow piece that presses onto the connector and is inside the bottle when you pump) and the membrane (the little white rubbery piece that attaches to the valve).
The membranes should be replaced regularly (the definition of regularly varies wildly depending on person/suction level/how often they pump/storage conditions/ whatever...). The other hard plastic pieces do not need replacing unless they crack.
You should never have to mess with the faceplate or anything under it on the PISA. (Unless the pump breaks or you somehow get milk all the way up the tubes and behind the plate.)
ETA: They've been easy to find for me. Babies R Us, Target, Walmart, and Amazon all sell them. They're the easiest replacement part to find since they're supposed to be changed regularly.
The part that fits in the valve can rip without you seeing it due to cleaning etc. I had completely forgotten about that until AmyRI mentioned it. It really affects suction. I am going to replace them when I get home and hopefully that will help because I am drawing down my freezer stash more than I am comfortable with right now.
