I'd be pissed. I mean, it's one thing if it's like a haunted house, where you can just take the kids out if it's too much for them, but you're STUCK on a train.

The train ride is called a "Spooktacular" (or something like that) train ride but it's labeled as "Family Friendly". After 10 p.m. it is labeled as NOT Family Friendly and I think they don't let anyone under 16 in unless accompanied by a parent.
The children seemed to be okay last night (no nightmares) and we kept talking to them and telling them it was not real, but that's not going to console a three year old who has you in a choke hold and is on the verge of tears.
DH told them he was sorry they got scared and that he was going to punch the chainsaw man in the nose for scaring them (he was joking, of course) and the kids got a kick out of that.
I emailed the co. and told them that their ride shouldn't be labeled as family friendly because several children were really scared, not just our little ones. I could hear them screaming and crying and I felt so bad for them.
