We ordered a new dishwasher last night. Mine has essentially become a dish sterilizer and leaks. Dh talked me into paying an extra $150 for an extra quiet one. That fucker had better be SILENT.
I hate buying appliances. We just got a new dryer. Next in line is a new microwave, fridge, and the chest freezer I've been putting off. Blaaaah.
Apparently every appliance that came with our house has a 6 year shelf life.
I'm afraid my SIL is going to be upset with me-she posted a pic of niece on Facebook this morning bundled up in her winter coat strapped into her car seat. I commented "SIL-No fluffy coats in car seats! I say this with love!"
I then posted an article on the dangers of winter coats and car seats on her page. Now I'm so worried she's going to be mad at me.

Maybe a private message would have been better. I would be embarrassed to have that on my page if I were here.
I caught my kids cold and my fucking ear hurts. I better not end up with an ear infection.
We have been having server issues at work. When they are down, I can't do ANYTHING. It sucks bc it happens at random and I feel bad for having to reschedule patients, bc a lot of them are olds.
I am loving my new phone. I'd recommend am upgrade to anyone thinking about it. (iPhone)

I know your heart was in the right place though.
Yeah, I went and deleted my comment and the post on her page.
I'll email her instead.
I am the worst SIL ever. Argghhhh. I have no tact.
I love Cartwheel! And I get stupid pissed when they ring me up without scanning it first.
My parents are coming home from Hawaii today and I'm excited to go to their house and see them, but mostly I am excited to get the treats they are bringing us. I'm guessing there will be chocolate covered macadamia nuts, guava juice, and maybe portuguese sausage. I know there will be malasadas. They won't be as good as they would be fresh from the bakery but if we heat them up and add a little more sugar, they're still yummy!
Did you know that if you like too many things on FB, they will threaten to block that feature from you? It happened to my friend yesterday and he posted a screen shot with the warning. He must have liked a million things for that to happen!
Easier as in waking up or easier as in ease of feeding?
I thought getting up in the night did get easier. My body was used to it and then both boys were nice to me and started stretching out their sleep. So only getting up once or twice a night wasn't a big deal.
I am at work. I am not around sick kids. I am in real people clothes. This feels like such a novelty.
I love Leo. He is the fucking cutest baby in the whole damn world. But this whole curious, I need to follow you, get in the drawer you get in, get in the fridge when you get in, eat what you eat, go down the stairs even though you are just going down for 5 seconds thing is OOOLLLLLDDDD. I just want to make one movement without my buddy and then have it result in a fit when I don't let him play with knives.

Both maybe? I'm so tired, and it's so hard to get up at midnight, 2:30, 4:30, etc. and have to change him and nurse him.

So he will stop pooping after every feeding soon. So you can start to skip changing every feeding once that happens.
Try the laying down method. Then you can doze when he eats. It is very relaxing and he will find it comforting to fall asleep next to you. Then you can just plop him back in his little bed.

I put in a new pair of contacts and something happened to my left eye. I'm wearing my glasses now, but my eye is still red, puffy and sensitive to light.

I'm wearing leggings and an ass-covering sweater to school today because it's snowing and I have a cold. I hate winter, and apparently it has arrived. Boo.
I read my ratemyprofessors pages yesterday, then got curious about those of my colleagues. Um, I wish that site counted for class assignment process, because damn. Some of my colleagues' were BRUTAL. Yikes. I am still a baby lamb
I got sucked into the hallmark channel. Thanks ML for informing me of their 24/7 cheesy Christmas movies. I stayed up way too late last night watching, lol.

Ugh I'm so pissed at hallmark! I miss my golden girls!
Madison has a bad bum rash AGAIN. I feel soo friggin bad for her. I put cream on her every time I change her, but she literally poops 16 times a day, everyday. Last time I had to switch her to formula for 3 days to stop her pooping so the prescription cream would be able to work. I am thinking I might just have to permanently switch her, which makes me sad.
I'm home with a sick baby I worked 2 hours before he woke up, I think I can get another 3-4 hours during naps and I guess I'll do the rest after he goes to sleep.
We are midway through Polar Express, had to take a breakfast break so he's slushing cheesy eggs, biscuit and peaches around on his tray.
