I am glad I am not the only one who dance-runs. I have caught myself doing this during races and wonder what others must think! I'm just jammin' to my own music...that no one else can hear
I'm the sweating buckets type. Thank goodness I usually run on the treadmill when I run indoors at home because usually I end up striping down to my sports bra and I would scare anyone that saw me hahaha!

Loving life ( I am a positive person anyway and running makes me feel like I just left a retreat--annoyingly happy), a sweats buckets runner and running is my therapy person. Definitely not an early morning runner
